Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to our shipping partners for delivery.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


📬 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

TryTrivio is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
